Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Billing occurs on the same date each month (or anniversary date for annual plans) via your registered payment method. If a payment fails, we will attempt to recharge within 5 business days.

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices upon 30 days' prior written notice. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the notice period. Existing subscribers will retain their current price until the next renewal cycle.

6. Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. TimeToBuyBitcoin.com does not collect, store, or process your credit card or banking information directly. Stripe is responsible for the secure handling of all payment data in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

By entering your payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes. You agree to maintain accurate billing information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized charges.

6.3 Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, we may attempt reprocessing. Repeated failed payment attempts may result in suspension or termination of your account. You remain responsible for all charges incurred during any service period, regardless of payment status.

6.4 Currency & Taxes

Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), or other transaction taxes may be added to your billing depending on your location. You are responsible for any additional taxes or duties imposed by your jurisdiction.

7. Free Preview & Trial Period

7.1 Preview Access

Unauthenticated visitors may access a limited preview of the Service's interactive Bitcoin power law chart for a default duration of 15 seconds. This preview period is configurable and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

7.2 Preview Limitations

Preview access does not include full chart interaction, AI-assisted reports, email notifications, or other premium features. Preview users may not share, screenshot, or redistribute preview content. Preview access is provided solely to allow prospective subscribers to evaluate the Service.

7.3 No Trial Subscription

Currently, TimeToBuyBitcoin.com does not offer free trial subscription periods. All subscriptions require immediate payment upon creation.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

8.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting the cancellation option, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and you will lose access to paid features at the end of your current billing cycle. No refund will be issued for the remainder of the billing cycle unless a refund is otherwise provided under Section 8.2.

8.2 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, we offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee from your initial purchase date.
